PROCESS: ROOF
Mark took advantage of the roof replacement process by removing the original material to provide subcontractors with access to the second floor ceiling to offer them the ability to install the wiring and insulation in a convenient fashion. In between their visits, the roof could be tarped to maintain an effective temporary water shield. Once the mechanicals were in place, Mark called in the roofing specialists to apply a new roofing surface and install a new box gutter at the low end of the roof.
